FABRIC and EMBELLISHMENT GIVEAWAYS
Just to get me motivated to clear some more in the sewing room I am going to have some fun with a giveaway of some fancy fabrics I have. I'll be going thru my satins, velvets, sheers, tulle, moire, etc, etc to build a box to give! I might also throw in some embellishment goodies. You can watch it grow here on my blog as I will post pics as I throw things in the box. To enter all you have to do is follow my blog and leave a comment. Check back often to see what I add in.
We'll start with this lovely piece of cream moire. Stay tuned for more additions. In the meantime, you can click over to Marilyn's and check out her giveaway. Aren't quilter's just the most fun folks?

Hey Cheri...I am cleaning too. I am thinking I'll do some giveaways coming up too. It's SO nice once it's clean. Spring puts me in a cleaning mood.
What a cool idea Cheri.
What a great idea for a giveaway, and a stash buster as well. I'll be interested in following along as you purge.

Quilters/sewers are more than generous, they are very interesting. Interesting comment on Irish roots. I can't find any Irish in my hubby's tree, only English and German. He swears he is Irish and nothing Else ! !
What an original idea for a give away! I love it. Thank you for the chance to win.
If that's a sample from what is in the box, I'll be jumping into heaven - eh, not really, but it does make a fair deal of joy shine from my eyes ;^}
My clean shaven stash needs some of these!

What a fun giveway! I plan on making costumes for my granddaughter, who will turn 2 this week.
Ooooooooh, aaaaaaaaah, like the exclamations we make at fireworks shows. Listen carefully and you will hear it as you post pictures. Very nice, thanks for sharing!
Thanks for being so generous with your giveaway. Please enter me as I'm a quilter and wannabe crazy quilter and some of your fabric looks wonderful!
Susan
I was sure that I had entered your fun giveaway--but I'm no where to be seen, so this is my entry, if it's not too late. A box of special fabrics, trims or embellishments, scraps would be a treat.
A trip to Vermont sounds lovely (Hmmm, explanation...I've just read your post on July 7th!). I live in CT, too far from VT, but quilters are always welcome here :).
